Thank You!

As my wedding season comes to a close, I would like to say thank you to all the peeps who have made this year a truly successful and rewarding year! To all the vendors and their wonderful staff i have had the pleasure of working with thank you for your support. I am looking forward to all of next season's great events. Thank you.. thank you.. thank you.. to all the wonderful Brides and Grooms who believed and shared in my creative vision and service! It is always such a great experience getting to know all of you  as well as your families. Thank you for allowing me to share in your special day!!

Chrissy and Rob's wedding was beautiful! They are a super sweet couple and a pleasure to work with.... so in love!  Their group of friends and family were dynamic  and  a lot of fun!  I shot with Elizabeth Balch...  she is an amazing photographer and always a pleasure to work with! We were not sure how the weather would hold out.. it held.. thru the ceremony..yippeee! We got lucky,the day was stunning. Here are a few images...enjoy!!

All you fellow east coasters!

This post is totally off the subject of photography..but i had to share. Ok for those who don't know me well.. i have been know to, on a whim ,get in my car and drive From Watsonville to San Francisco  when i have a craving for some New- York -Style Pizza. As a native New Yorker- it is something that i totally miss and of course all of the other great food.. decent deli's ect. oh and my family too! I heard about a place in San francisco, Miller's East Coast Deli-claiming to be a NY style deli with -fresh bagels flown in daily..egg cream sodas.. black and white cookies. I am so there! I had to meet with a client up in the city the other day and afterwards- saw the perfect opportunity.. i practically ran there.. Miller's East Coast Deli does not disappoint. It is authentic. I had a perfect corn beef sandwich...piled high..dressed  with russian dressing. Thank you Miller's- Fantastic and damn delicious!! so check it out at 1725 Polk street -check out the link above to their website.

Oh..ok maybe i can still make this post somewhat photography related. Also checked out the Fraenkel Gallery. They currently have a collection of Richard Avedon's work- which was amazing!! enjoy the pics!

Kennolyn Hilltop Hacienda Wedding

I recently had the honor of photographing Paul and Amanda's wedding at Kennolyn's Hilltop Hacienda. Paul and Amanda are two of the most wonderful, down to earth couple one could ever hope to meet, much less work for!! They had so many unique personal touches that made the day so special. Paul hand-carved necklaces for the whole bridal party.. they were something to behold.. so beautiful. Amanda is the owner of Laughin Gal Floral and yes, she did her own flowers for her big day and they were stunning!!  To honor and celebrate their parents long.. loving marriages, Paul and Amanda gave their first dance to them.. it was so sweet!! I got a bit choked up..for sure!!I can't express the warmth and hospitality  that Paul + Amanda,  their friends and family showed us- it was great! I also wanted to thank the staff at Kennolyn.. Carrie..  you rock! She is a great coordinator to work with and the whole staff was so attentive..personal and professional. So here are a few images from the day.. enjoy!!

Santa Cruz Wedding- Cowell's Beach

I was so happy for the opportunity  to work with Cassie and Theron on their big day! The wedding was held at Cowells Beach in Santa Cruz. We started the day off with the girls getting ready and the bridal party shots at the Sea and Sand Inn. The ceremony was beautiful.. could not have asked for better weather.. then on to the reception at Coconut Grove at the beach and boardwalk. It was an amazing day and got some great images thru-out the day.. check them out!

Danny + Vicky's Engagement Session

Danny + Vicky are the cutest couple ever!!  It was so sweet.. Danny contacted me a few months back to schedule an engagement session. He was planning on proposing to his Fiance while they were here in California on their vacation!! with a surprise  E session..  I am soooo glad she said YES!

We had such a great time working together at Natural Bridges.. many laughs and giggles along the way.. thanks to the nudest.. and speedos !! Here are a few of my favs from the day.. enjoy

Santa Cruz Wedding - Seymour Marine Discovery Center

Lisa + Josh tied the knot on August 16 2008! Both the wedding and reception was held at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center in Santa Cruz. A great place for a wedding, just overlooking the beautiful coastline!

Josh and Lisa are both great.. super sweet and just nice people!! It was fun being able to share in their beautiful day. Here are some of my favs from the day.. enjoy!!
